Bonanza Septic was established in 1989 and has changed hands throughout the years. Each time the new owner has implemented changes to improve customer service. Now known as Bonanza Septic & Jetting Solutions, in addition to our residential and real estate business we also service a wide range of restaurants, breweries, medical facilities and food manufacturers.

The current owner, Mike Orms, bought Bonanza Septic in June of 2022. He has decades of experience overseeing operations, manufacturing, management, and customer service. He will enhance and expand the services Bonanza offers. Implementation of scheduling, tracking, instant payments and invoicing will provide an exceptional service to our customers. The key to our moral fiber is our customer relationships. Our customers are everything to our future success.

We are a family-owned business and care for all our teammates. With paid vacation, paid education, and paid time-off while in class to obtain a CDL, we attempt to reduce stress for our employees. Then they can focus on their jobs while working with our customers. This is what makes Bonanza Septic & Jetting Solutions a special team. We have a vested interest in our employees’ wellbeing - not only during work, but outside of work too. Employee retention is extremely important to us. An employee who feels appreciated will do whatever they can to get the job done properly. This can’t be overstated.

When training our employees, we focus on customer service and education first. Clear communication with our customers about their septic systems, Hydro-Jetting needs, or even a simple repair with a smile with a ‘Hello’ goes a long way. When necessary, we rally and come together to solve your problems.

Commitment to educating our customers is key. We’d prefer to educate and form long-term relationships with all our customers. Providing knowledge on how a septic system works for homeowners who are new to the septic world is one of the key elements to our service. Our entire staff is dedicated to ensuring your needs are professionally met.

"I have used bonanza twice since purchasing my home with a septic system, and I would recommend them any day of the week! Their guys are always friendly and helpful. On our first encounter with them, the lids for my tanks were not dug up, they helped us uncover them Quickly and got the tanks emptied and then inspected. Three years later, it was time for the tanks to be emptied again, and this time I had them install a riser over my second tank. This will make them easier to access in the future, as I had a hard time locating the lids to dig them up this go around.They are quick and make a smelly job not so painful, and did a beautiful job installing the riser and then even pushing the dirt back around the lids for me."
